Cookie Policy

Effective: May 28, 2026 · Last updated: May 28, 2026

Pre-launch template (Jamaica + Canada). Quebec Law 25 (since September 2023) requires explicit, granular consent before non-essential cookies are set; PIPEDA accepts implied consent for low-risk processing but express consent is best practice. Jamaica's Data Protection Act treats cookie data as personal data when it can identify a user. Verify the table below against what your deployed Service actually sets before launch.

This Cookie Policy explains how Koda Properties uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website and Service. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
