The documents below govern your use of the Koda Properties platform. They are written for our initial launch markets — Jamaica and Canada — and address the laws that apply there, including:

• Canada: Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Quebec's Law 25, and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
• Jamaica: Data Protection Act 2020, Consumer Protection Act 2005, and Electronic Transactions Act 2006.

If something here conflicts with a signed agreement we have with your organization, the signed agreement controls. If a clause conflicts with a non-waivable statutory consumer or privacy right that applies to you, the statutory right prevails.

• Terms of Service — the agreement that governs your use of the platform.
• Cookie Policy — what cookies we set and how to control them.
• Acceptable Use Policy — what you can and can't do on the platform.
• Subscription & Refund Policy — billing, cancellation, and refunds.

Trust & data handling

• Security & Vulnerability Disclosure — how we protect data and how to report a security issue.
• Data Processing Addendum — for customers acting as data controllers under GDPR / similar laws.
