The documents below govern your use of the Koda Properties platform. They are written for our initial launch markets — Jamaica and Canada — and address the laws that apply there, including:
- Canada: Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Quebec's Law 25, and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
- Jamaica: Data Protection Act 2020, Consumer Protection Act 2005, and Electronic Transactions Act 2006.
If something here conflicts with a signed agreement we have with your organization, the signed agreement controls. If a clause conflicts with a non-waivable statutory consumer or privacy right that applies to you, the statutory right prevails.

- Security & Vulnerability Disclosure — how we protect data and how to report a security issue.
- Data Processing Addendum — for customers acting as data controllers under GDPR / similar laws.
